Catalan from mother to daughter, and although life has taken us to other horizons through the generations, Collioure remains our home port, our roots, our home. We are happy to be able to share with you this unique place in the world, which resources again and again.


You can make a booking request directly online on our website according to the availability calendar. After verification, and as per French law, we will send you the contract by email, which you will be kind enough to return to us signed and marked on every page with your initials, together with the payment of your deposit. Once both received, we will confirm your rental via email.

Note: French municipalities apply a tourist tax to each occupant from the age of 18. Given its specific nature, this tax from the Public Treasury is not included in the rates mentioned on our site and are to be paid separately. For more information, please click on this link.


The apartment you rent is your home during your stay. So take care of it, making sure not to damage anything and maintain it as such.

Terms and conditions

  • All Guests (and all Visitors) must comply with the House Rules and any other instructions provided by our Manager during their stay;
  • And you must inform our Manager of any incident or complaint from the neighborhood as soon as possible.

Noise and neighborhood

  • This Seasonal Rental is not suitable for children under ........... years. The Hosts are entirely and in all circumstances responsible for the safety of their children as well as for any disturbance caused to the neighborhood;
  • Guests and Visitors should make as little noise as possible so as not to disturb residents of neighboring properties, especially during the night (from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.), as well as during arrival and departure;
  • Noise pollution is prohibited at any time and may result in the termination of the Seasonal Rental Contract, expulsion, loss of costs incurred as well as deductions from the security deposit;
  • The Hosts and their possible Visitors must not adopt any antisocial behavior. They are asked to minimize their immediate impact on the neighborhood and residents of the neighborhood.


  • Hosts are permitted to invite a maximum of ............................ Visitors at any time during their stay.
  • Hosts are responsible for ensuring that the maximum number of Visitors is not exceeded, and that Visitors comply with the House Rules.

  • The walls, ceilings and doors are white and clean in the accommodation and common areas. If, inadvertently, you make traces or dirt, please soap them in order to make them disappear.
  • The interiors of cupboards, oven, radiators and other equipment are clean. They are expected to remain as such when you leave.
  • When returning from the beach, please do not sit or lie down in bathing suits or wet clothes on the sofa, armchairs or beds.
  • Do not let your children ride on the seats with their shoes on.

Parties and Events

  • It is strictly forbidden to organize parties or any other type of large gathering in the Vacation Rental;
  • and Any gathering in a small committee must be done in compliance with the other rules stipulated in these regulations, in particular with regard to Noise, Neighborhood and the number of Visitors authorized.

Waste and sorting

  • Guests and their Visitors are required to throw their rubbish and waste to be recycled in the bins provided for this purpose. Under no circumstances should rubbish be left in a public area or in common areas;
  • And Garbage and waste to be recycled must be disposed of in the manner indicated in the preceding paragraph.


  • Whenever you leave the apartment, you are responsible for ensuring that all windows and doors are closed and/or locked in order to maintain the security of the accommodation and to prevent potential damage caused by rain.
  • You should turn off lights, fans and electronic devices such as televisions when not in use to save energy.
  • For your safety, each apartment is equipped with a smoke detector. Please do not unplug it.
  • Do not let your children access the top bunk bed if they are under 6 years old.


Smoking is not allowed. The entire building (apartments and common areas) is non-smoking.


For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the Vacation Rental Property.

Breakage and damage

  • Any broken object and any damage caused must be reported to our Manager as soon as possible. Failure to report may result in a hold on the security deposit.
  • To avoid breakage and damage, furniture should not be moved from one room to another without prior agreement.


  • Please do not clutter the entrance to the building or the landings.
  • For their safety, never let your young children wander unsupervised.
  • Moreover, on Catalan soil, the Tramontana blows suddenly and strongly and storms are also sudden. So please remember to close the windows when you go out.
  • Finally, please do not throw anything into the WC, sink, sink or shower; the pipes are absolutely not intended for this use and you risk blocking them (the breakdown service would then be your responsibility). Thank you for using the trash cans in the bathroom or kitchen.

Internet use

  • The user of internet access undertakes not to use this access for the purposes of reproduction, representation, provision or communication to the public of works or objects protected by copyright. author or by a neighboring right - such as texts, images, photographs, musical works, audiovisual works, software and video games - without authorization.
  • The user is informed that sharing software (peer-to-peer type), when connected to the Internet, can automatically make downloaded files available. If this type of software is used to download copyrighted works, it is best to disable it.

Compliance with the rules 

  • The violation of any rule included in these Internal Regulations constitutes a violation of the General Conditions of Occupancy, in accordance with the Rental Agreement.
  • The Owner and the Manager reserve the right to terminate the occupancy permit and to evict from the Vacation Rental Property any Guest or Visitor who refuses to comply with the House Rules or causes nuisance disturbing neighbors or other residents of the property. community.
